Your Force Support is highly specialized in leading this project and getting it done in a concise amount of time and still in a comfortable and fun way.

To meet the high expectations, leadership must be informed and understand that the process is agreed upon once starting. There can be no other priorities for the people working on the project than the website for at least two weeks or until the website is ready for the Soft Launch.

The timeline always looks ambitious but is in fact more than realistic. Strong leadership is required. It does not matter what rank decides.

At all times, Your Force Support will be working with all decision-makers. If, for any reason, someone can not be available or decide themselves, the next person is contacted to make that decision for them.

Your Force Support always strives to work the lowest rank and reasonably expects that person to make the right decisions independently.
