Instructions

Once the website structure is complete, the content can be changed or added. Before you start, your POC will get a short training on how to do this and what priorities need to be followed.

It's all about Priorities

To get the process for adding the content done as fast and comfortable as possible, please precisely follow these priorities:

  1. Prio 1
    - Start with the contact info at the bottom of all facility pages. This contains the maps and the hours of operation. Change the text and the maps.
  2. Prio 2
    - Change all "About" text on each facility page.
  3. Prio 3
    - Change the text for the Hero Headers and call to actions like buttons to go to the correct link or phone number on each facility page. Make sure that the amount of text will still fit on a Mobile device by testing it.
  4. Prio 4
    - Change text or disable the sections between "About" and "Contact" Do not delete any section or element. > Only disable!

 

Please do not do this:

  1. Do not
    - upload logos. This is done for you and explained after the content is done. Please read the instructions and only send logos that are needed > the form provided for this purpose <.
  2. Do not
    - upload or change Pictures. It is not needed for building the structure of the website.

    In a later phase, you will be taught:
    - All ins and outs about how to prepare pictures for the Web
    - How to save a file for the Web
    - How and where to upload the different types of files

  3. Do not
    - Delete any section or element between "About" and "Contact" > Only disable! If you delete sections anyway, we will restore the page to before the sections were deleted, and you will probably lose your changes.
  4. Do not
    - People that are not trained should not work on the website.
  5. Do not
    - Edit the website on an NIPR Net Computer.
    The scripts loaded could cause the NIPR Net to think it is abnormal behavior and protect itself from the website by blocking it.
  6. Do not
    - Copy text directly out of MS Word or another website into the website editor.
  7. Do not
    - Disable any calendar section.

    Changing the priorities will postpone the launch of the website and the deadline of 30 days.
